The new GT40 Mk 1 and Mk II Continuations
from
Hi-Tech
Pty are precision crafted, authentic re-creations of the Ferrari
beating, Le Mans winning
GT40s of
the 1960s. So authentic in fact, that more than 90% of all the component
parts are interchangeable with the original cars', including the entire
'monocoque'
chassis itself; in addition chassis numbering continues from those of
the original 1960's production run (GT40P 2000 Series).
|
This new GT
is hand built by Hi-Tech on the same production line as the renowned
Noble M12 GT, in their factory in South Africa. The
same innovative techniques and exacting standards ensure
the very best build quality and finish, from the pressed steel roof to
the
flawless
GRP composite
body, bonnet, doors and boot.
|
However, what is unique about both this new
GT and the Shelby Daytona
Cobra, is their intoxicating combination
of the
raw exhilaration of a thoroughbred GT racer
with the awesome performance of a modern day supercar.
